Colocasia Chicken: A very popular Tiwa recipe

The easiest way to cook Garlic chicken without egg

A bowl full of Chicken Garlic ! Garlic Chicken Recipe   Requirements : * 250 g boneless chicken * 8-10 Garlic cloves * 2 green chilies * 3-4 leaves of Thai coriander * Salt to taste * Sugar half a teaspoon * 5 teaspoon Cornflour * Ajinomoto half teaspoon * Black pepper powder to taste * Oil Procedure :  * Marinate the boneless chicken with salt, pepper powder, and cornflour. * Fry the pieces in refined oil till reddish in color and keep aside. * Add half a teaspoon of sugar to the oil and let it caramelized. Add the sliced garlic, sliced green chilies, and fry well.   *  Add the Thai coriander and fry well. * Mix 2-3 teaspoon of cornflour with half glass of water. Add this to the fried items and mix them thoroughly. Add the fried chicken. Add a little bit of salt and black pepper. Keep stirring for 3-4 mins.
