Popularly known as the Scotland of the east, Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya is a high chosen travel destination by the tourist. Also known as the land of waterfalls, Meghalaya is the only northeastern state having a matriarchal society. Meghalaya is the home for mainly two tribal communities: Khasi and the Garos. People of the Khasi hills are better known as Khasi people whereas from Garo hills are known as Garo people.                Today I am going to prepare a delicious Chicken recipe used to cook by the Garo people called Do'o Kapa! In this recipe, chicken liver and gizzards are used to cook in alkali made from burning the dried banana cover, especially from the Musa species. No turmeric and garlic are used here as the rest of the chicken recipes. Due to the use of lots of green chilies, people who love to eat spicy food will simply love to Do'o Kapa.   Youtube Video Link of t
